Yesterday was my chest day, guess I overworked it and now it hurts kinda badly. Anyway, my question is, should i do my back exercises today("back-day" today) even though my chest hurts? I do stuff like lat pulldowns and pullups which I will feel pain in my chest as i do them. However, I cannot miss a day at the gym! Help will be appreciated and reps will be given!! thanks!
You can miss a day if your in pain. You have overworked your muscles to the extent of hurting them. They need time to repair. If you still decide to go to the gym. Stick to exercises that do you work your chest at all.
