i dont know, i feel like im eating enough - i have energy and im never hungry. only before breakfast :),
ill just put one more piece of fruit after my training 90-100cals, and see what will happen

ill just put one more piece of fruit after my training 90-100cals, and see what will happen 100 extra calories may not be enough to stop the weightloss you will still probally be in a deficit, just mabey smaller. i would add an extra 200 minimum at least, perhaps 2 tablespoons of some nut butter on toast?
