What is the longest time period a person should bulk? Until my mass gains are where I want them? Until I reach a certain fat level?
Should I bulk for two months then cut for two and repeat?

Usually until one reaches there goal. But people tend to like to start bulking in the fall-winter, then begin cutting in the spring right into summer where the cut will get the most attention (ON THE BEACH!). So you can split it up like this... Bulk for 5-6 months, and then Cut for 5-6 months. But like I said it's what your goal is. People make cuts by days - like 30-60-90-120 days, which is basically months but I guess they like to say days although you could say 100 days or 50. Enough of my babbling. Just set bench marks you need to reach every few weeks. Goals like :: % Bodyfat reached :: - Lbs Lost - :: Lbs Gained :: - :: Strength Level gained::- ::Cardiovascular strength gained:: - :: (X) bodypart definition improved :: Pant size smaller... and so on! Just take some time and make a program you can fill out!
