i think this is a stupid question but thats what the misc is for but for some reason i think they are not as bad in terms of health, anyone know what im talking about?

Cigars = mouth cancer.
Cigarettes = lung cancer.

i kinda get wat u mean - cigars from what i think are just tobacco leaves, whereas cigarattes contain all the other stuff like tar and nicotine. i could be totally wrong but.
