if you eat one after your intense leg work out your insulin levels go so high you could eat an entire cow and use it all


A little OT, but I dont know if anyone has read anything by Bill Bryson, but him and and a buddy hiked the Appalachian Trail and they carried backpacks full of little debbies and ate them on the way. Its a real story and funny as hell.
