can anyone help me find a easy to make diet that will get me 3000 cals?
Go to fitday.com and plug in amounts of food till you hit your desired macros/cals.
divide ur macros / cals into how many meals you want and breakdown what ur looking to take in each meal ... pros/fat/carbs/fruits/veggies .. etc etc
go to a nutrional database and break it down.. the simpliest way to do it.. this world isnt made for people to do this for you.. ur 16 take some responsibility and get it done urself were not ur parents
Sweet potatoes, Pasta's, Chicken, Steak, Fish, Rices, Peanut butter, Milk, Any kinds of legumes- Beans, Hambergers - ground sirloin, lots of eggs, Gatorade post workout- Cottage cheese - low fat - Mixed veggies - fruits- Oats, Granola, Bagles:
These are all filled with good calories, carbs, and protein. Mix and match my friend.
