As long as it's not around workouts it's fine. I don't typically include fat in breakfast either, but plenty of people do.
Every meal, 6 times a day (counting pre-post workout meals).

Olive oil is a wonderful thing, why do you want to treat it like medicine? Dip bread in it, pour it on salad, sautee your chicken in it, coat your veggies in it and grill em, I could go on...

i use it as my dressing on my salad, and sprinkle on veggies especially broccoli and califlour
you can also use it as ur sauce for ur pasta.. a great healthy choice and its great for marinating meats / chicken
if i were you and ur so anal about when to have ur fats.. i would stick with keeping ur complex carbs + protein meals aroudn ur workout and having ur fat sources in ur other meals just a suggestion
Um
Most of your meals will have fat in them. You need it and a lot of foods have it.

I just want to push it to 20% with some 'good' fat

whole eggs. when not what
Last thing at night would be my answer. You will be sleeping for 8 hours and fats eaten before bedtime mean you don't wake up feeling starved in the morning.
Last thing at night would be my answer. You will be sleeping for 8 hours and fats eaten before bedtime mean you don't wake up feeling starved in the morning. So you eat absolutly no fats throughout the entire day and have a big serving before bed? Yeah, solid advice.
yeah eat it anytime...make sure it fits into your macros

I taper mine . . .
Fats in every meal, but I taper it so I'm eating more fat later in the day, except post-workout.
I don't typically include fat in breakfast either how come?

READ the LAGUH Read it....
It's just an opinion...many people find success with it but I think it is too hair-splitting.
If we weren't meant to eat carbs, fats and protein at the same time then why is whole milk the first thing mammals naturally ingest?
...Dip bread in it... drool... and don't forget the garlic!
I read u should do 3 and 3 meals...so 3 meals prot/carb and 3 meal prot/fat

There are a billion reasons when to include fat...
1. at night for slower absorption of protein
2. At night so you don;t get crazy hunger (although they are higher cal, so what it)
3. In the morning, becuase they're higher cal.
I typically don't have much fat at breakfast or PWO. I keep fat lower at breakfast (2 whole eggs) so I can get more protein and carbs in, and obviously none PWO. Any other time you can catch me snacking on nuts or cheese, and olive oil and vinegar is my fav dressing. Put some on my salads at lunch and dinner.
