I screwed up!
I screwed up!
What else is new. Anyways, a little help here. I've gotten back into my workout regimine. After a long day at work, the wife decided to order pizza. I had 4 slices, and some cheesy bread. I know.....serious calories. Can anyone tell me how long you have to work off the fat and calories before it metabolizes to fat in your body?
Basically, if you've eaten wrong, how long do you have to work it off?
Thanks,
Bithlo

Best thing is to pretend it didn't happen. By that I mean go back to your old routine, don't try to overcompensate unless you want to workout an extra 10 minutes a day on the treadmill. Don't starve yourself or any of that crap...
I don't know man just don't let it happen too often, but it will happen and you shouldn't kick yourself for it because all diets should have room for a slip up every once and a while. Just hopefully it will be a planned one.
my view is, you're not a professional bodybuilder, so don't be too anal about it (although i wouldn't describe your reaction as that). just count it as your cheat meal for the week and tack on some extra reps or time to your cardio session. the good thing is you realize that it was counterproductive to your cutting cycle and that's a good step.
sucks your wife isn't supporting your weight loss.
sucks your wife isn't supporting your weight loss. You know I have read some of your previous posts in different threads. Stop being a little damn troll. It isn't cute.
I know some girl who can eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. Because YOU are on a diet then the rest of the world must change? I dont think so.\
Grow up kid.
I agree with Wolf. Consider this your cheat meal for the week. It's good for some people to have one just to stay sane.
Now, turn the negative into a positive and use it to motivate yourself. Refocus on your nutrition and personal health goals by telling yourself that you're not going to have anymore moments of weakness for unhealthy food the week.
Good luck and keep moving forward, you'll get there,

I went to sizzler tonight, all u can eat place, at 2 plates of food, had my meal (ribs and chips) and and some desert, stuff like never before... To much...
And I couldn't give a flying ****, honestly, but it tasted so good. I wanted to go to treat myself, no cravings though, thats the good part, it was a mental choice, not a un consious desison.
Cheats are good, but I think that was honesty a final food cheat, it's not even good anymore, I am not mentally addicted to the food. I'd rather go have a fat night out drinking and get some half decent food, what ever u can find, if anyhting while out on the town, afte the night is over. Once a month or something
I finally got paid after so long waiting, $4,000, **** yea... So now I start my proper cutting diet, it should keep me going, the money, for a little bit... Unless I pick up a heavy coke habit, lol... j/k...
Enjoy your cheats and no bitching, just enjoy it and forget, lift like your on a mission to kill someone and reap the benifits like what happened to me yesterday and enjoy... no braggin how shit it is on here :D

Grow up kid. His wife should support his diet its not like hes asking everyone in the world to change but i think damn well if hes showing some effort to look better for his wife she should do the same for him and if she doesent she can at least make a healthier choice. Healthy living should be adapted to familys in whole, that is what my family did we all go to the gym eat healthy and support each other although i was really the only overweight one so yes she should change her diet and adapt to her husbands healthy life style change because it will be better for her.
To the original poster dont worry about it i eat pizza once a week i sometimes dont get any water weight and sometimes i could be about 2-3 pounds higher the next day give it 2 mornings and you will be back to normal and i always lose quickly after cheats it helps my metabolism i think. So dont worry about it just limit it to once a week and if you have will power for once every 2-4 weeks well then hey more power to you!

It gets really tough when you're eating cottage cheese and a protein bar for a snack and she asks you to put the pizza in the oven. I don't think it's right. Luckily I have willing to not eat crap more than twice a week, but it certainly doesn't help.
sucks your wife isn't supporting your weight loss. I agree, but she didn't put a gun to his head. Self control is the name of the game. We all struggle with it. No one is 100% perfect in their diet. Show me someone who never endulges in anything and I'll show you an empty shell of a human being.

Grow up kid. Lol. You should take your own advice.
I ate 7 slices of pizza and a couple beers this past Saturday. Sunday I had a greasy cheeseburger and a whole bunch of french fries. Come Monday morning I was the exact same weight as Friday morning. I would go easy on yourself. One cheat meal here or there isn't a big deal. You need 3500 extra calories you won't burn off before you gain a pound. 4 slices of pizza is nowhere near enough to give you a measurable weight gain.
dont shit yourself every time u have a slice of pizza. Consider it a learning curve...
