I'm getting ready start my first cycle, I will be running Test E for 11 weeks @ 400 mg/week (200 mg Monday & 200 mg Thursday) and just want to clarify a couple things. Some of you may think these are stupid questions but sometimes it's nice to get answers specific to your own question, body type, specific cycle, etc. Hears where I'm looking for confrimation that what I'm thinking is right.
I'll be using Nolva for PCT starting 2 weeks after my last Test E injection, right?
Is Nolva enough?
If any gyno occurs I can use Nolva for that also, right? Some input on protocol hear please.
Also what is the most common rep range for this type of cycle.
One last question, I noticed that a 50 ml bottle is a much better value than 10 ml, can I run a cycle now and run another later from the same bottle?

you are correct in the timing for pct, nolva will be sufficient take it in dosages of 40/40/20/20 mg per day each week. if gyno is a concern u can take nolvat at 10mg throughout the cycle or if your nipples become itchy inflamed or irritated you can just run nolva at 20mg per day until it goes away.
as far as rep range, you should be going heavy so i would keep the reps low, no more than 10reps per set more like 6-8
and if you ran a cycle from a 50ml bottle you can save the rest and use it in another cycle as long as it is still before the expiration date just dont get it dirty and swab the top of the vial with an alcohol wipe everytime before withdrawing oil from it. hope this helps

i didnt know you could get a 50ml bottle, thats a lot lol agreed on the dosages..as for reps, i would start each ex. in the 12-15 range then drop below 10...so something like 3-4 ex., 4 sets each for each muscle with reps for example: 15-12, 10, 8, 6...it helps me to do higher reps first to get a good pump for the part of the muscle that particular excersize does...
and as far as saving it...i have to stress you must keep it sterile, you dont wanna get an absess, they can be horrific...

i didnt know you could get a 50ml bottle, thats a lot lol That is the dosage I had in mind for PCT, thank you for your input on the gyno treatment/prevention much appreciated. As far as the size of the bottle, the pricelist says 50 ml so I'm assuming it's 1 bottle. If it is I'll be sure and keep it very clean, thanks.

Good Luck ;) So similar to a pyramid but don't go any lower than 6 reps gotcha. That works out good because I hate using the same weight for all sets. Thank you for stressing the cleanliness factor, I'll be sure keep it very clean. Thanks.
Raise the test to 500- 600 per week - i do recommend front load. I've seen a lot of opinions on first cycles ranging from no less than 300 to no more than 500 so I'm splitting the difference, but thanks for your input.

id say start at 400mg divided into to 200 2x per week...and if by week 5 or six your not seeing the results like you want bump it up to 600mg or even 700mg if you wan to....
AND i would not front load, trust me...stay at 400 and then bump it up :)

For pure size gain would the rep range of 8-15 be best for muscle hypertrophy? Lower than that and strength gets a better increase, any higher and you are increasing muscular endurance. I may be wrong, but I that is what is quoted in one of my ACE books when I was working on my personal trainer cert.
