Weight Loss has stopped
So I started cutting about mid june at 195, (I have posted pics here), and got down to about 180 2 weeks ago. However, since then I have actually gained .5 a pound. I am eattnig the same amount of cals as I always have, about 2,100. I had been going with about 20% carbs and then then about 40/40 protein and fat, but now I have gone back to about 25% fat 35% carbs and 40% protein, maybe that will work as I have only been doing it about 2 days.
I do cardio 3 days a week and lift the other 4 too. So I think I am doing enough cardio. I avoid carbs about 3-4 hours before I go to sleep as well.

I have only eatten a surplus of cals about once in this cut on a cheat day, so do I need a refeed or something?

eat at maintenance for a week or two then start the cut again. If that doesn't work you might want to try carb cycling or zig zagging.
