BF Estimate/Advice please
Hello, I have been working out for almost 1.5 years now and have gone from 240 lbs to 165 lbs. I am depressed though as the past 8 months my stomach has not changed at all. I am thinkink of starting a 2000 calorie cut to try to get the remaining fat off, but I think one of my problems might be I don't have enough muscle mass. I have tried bulking, but always seem to think I am doing nothing but gaining fat when I see the #s on the scale go up and quickly switch back to cutting/maintaining. Any advice please? I am seriously annoyed with this last little bit of fat.

man great progress!!! Hard to tell BF from the skin but I would say 16-17 man you have done a great job though so keep pushing!!! I would suggest clean bulking that will probably be the only way to fill out that stomach so it doesnt look abnormal... just eat clean and lift hard and it should tighten right up if you start putting on weight
