Eating Year Round?

Eating Year Round?
I am pretty sure that this is the right place to post this, but i have a question about bullking. Well first, i have always been very cut up, very detailed, abs, detailed pecks, tris, bis, i guess good genes, so my main goal is to gain weight. So for about a month- month and a half, i have been eating a decent size meal (consisting of, meat, or any protein-complex carbs(whole wheat pasta, brown rice, 100 percent whole wheat bread etc, and fruit, veggies) about every 2 hours, 6-7 meals a day. Now my question is should i just do this as a bulking phase ( i was thinking until october or a little later), or is this just how i should eat forever, i meen it is kind of hard to maintain this but i am determined and i will. But should i do this for 3-4 months, then do it like that 3-4 months out of the year, or should it just be never ending eating. And also last question should i do a cutting phase after the 3-4 months after bulking or would i lose most of the weight, or would i only lose fat.
-Sorry about the length, just what ive been wondering, thanks guys- reps for help

Answer:

Bulk until you have the muscle amount you want and then either maintain or cut down if you have substantial fat gain..there's no set time for how long you should do it

Answer:

Most prefer to eat every 2-3 hours, 4 is probably fine if you in a bind. you want to increase your calories overall to put on size. you will keep most of this size when you go to cut, so long as you cut the correct way.
make sure you keep eating cleanly, and the right amoutns, and you should not have much fat gain.

Answer:

you should be eating every 3 hours, no matter if you're bulking or cutting. this helps keep your body in an anabolic state.
to gain size, you need to be in a caloric surplus. eat eat eat.

Answer:

All right brah what you need to do is a winter bulk. For the next six months you want to eat 500 cals more then your maintenance level and keep up hard with your work outs. Then what you do after six months (couple months before summer) you cut yourself up losing the access fat that you put on over the 6 month bulk (your going to put on some access weight just stick with it.) When you start your cut the key is to lose as little muscle as possible that you put on while cutting fat. To do this you do a gradual cut where you are a couple hundred cals below maintenance. Dont try cutting it all right away because you will just start cutting muscle. Then after that cut you should be cut up as you describe yourself now but with 15 more pounds of muscle.
