Good Evening,
I was wondering if anyone can tell my BF%. I'm 5'8 and weigh 171 lbs.
I purchased a BF caliper from this site, the electronic one, and I get some different readings. It's anywhere from 8% to around 13%
I think the name of the product is Gold Trac?
Anyhoo, I would like to get an honest assessment, that way I know what reading to look out for, and that in turn will tell me that I'm almost using the device correctly.
I'm currently here in Iraq doing the do, so It's hard (at least in my job) to have time for the GYM. I appreciate all the info and support.

It would be easier to estimate (but still difficult) if you could provide us with a picture or two.
