im on vacation.. and i havent worked out in like a week.. and been eating like crap

i gained a few lbs of fat.. since ive been eating like shit and not workin out
but starting today, ill get back on track..
i got a question tho.. how is the ratio of fat/muscle/etc now? did i lose too much muscle?
how bad to me was this?

Answer:

I was in Australia for 4 months...didn't touch any weights, drank 100/120 days i was there probably and didn't eat very well. Ran and swam when i could.
Took me a week to get back to where i was. Don't sweat it. A week is nothing.
