Extreme Bulking
Extreme Bulking
Well I have now decided to switch the way to bulk. Since I dont have that much money to spend on food I will have a strict list of key items to be the back bone of my bulk, they include:
Whole Milk
Regular 98 cent bread
Pasta
potatos
White Rice
Chicken breast
Eggs
I eat other stuff but not consistently. I was wondering would it be okay if I ate 3 meals but ultra high portions. My work makes it way too hard to be on a proper diet so I have a time issue. But I am thinking of having a set up like this..
Wake up 12:00 pm....... 6 whole eggs, 4 pieces of toast
2:00 ............. Bulk shake....... 1000 calories
6:00 pm....... 2 cups of rice.... 1 chicken breast + 1/4 gallon milk + 2 slices of bread
11:00 pm...... (Pre work out meal) 2-3 servings of pasta + 1 chicken breast + 2 pieces of toast
1:00 am ( post work out).. Shake
I was wondering if this sounds Okay?... Also how do you guys stay motivated with your Diets?
could be better, but given your money situation and work schedule i'd be willing you could turn into a big mo-fo on that diet so long as you work hard in the gym.
With your situation and your weight (141 lbs) I think it's good. Just try to add some peanut butter or good fats and some veggies.
I was gonna say not enough fat, but then realized that's whole milk, which is fine, but try to get some EFA's in there. Your shake probably shouldn't be your last meal. Also, try to squeeze in some fruit and veggies.
I'd like to see a macro breakdown for this, but just from glancing at it, if you don't have crazy genetics/a really hardcore training program, I tend to think you're just gonna get fat. I could be wrong, but I think most people would probably gain a lot more fat than necessary on that diet from all the whole milk and sh*t ton of carbs.
^^^^^ x2
AND, getting fat on a bulk can be VERY disheartening. So much hard work in the gym, so much hard work in the KITCHEN! And yet you never get to see all that hard-earned muscle, because it's covered by flab and pudginess =D
I'd say test the waters with it, see how you do. Give it 2 months or so and guage your progress. That's my 0.02 cents

thank for the responses. Yeah I will be pushing myself very hard in the gym. Hopefully that 141 could be more like 151 after a few months :D
