no, myspace dont count, any idiot could make one. I'm talking about a full blown website with a lot of traffic that makes u easy money every day. Sites that were made with NOTEPAD, that's hardcore.

Promoting shouldnt be hard if you have a good idea, otherwise people arent going to bother with ur site.

My boss is a very good example was accountant and he will say that I don't how the technology works but tell me your problem and I can find someone to fix. And he is right we get project where we get paid between $100 to $200 per hour where all the work is done by us.
