Feel great on Mondays!
I usually start my cheat "period" at about 9pm saturday nights (some beer or drinks) and end at about 9pm Sunday night. Let me tell you, I dont take it easy. This is what I had this weekend....
830pm Sat: Ruby Tuesday...2 mini turkey burgers, 2 big helpings of salad bar (mac salad, full fat salad)
1100pm: PBJ sandwich, small bowl of Fruity Pebbles
SUNDAY...
9:00am: 2 Pancakes with syrup, 2 wheat toast, 2 whole eggs, 2 pc bacon
1200pm: A few chips and dip and a strawberry dacquiri
300pm: Pulled Pork sandwich, salad, baked beans, brownie
700pm: a FIVE SCOOP Rieces Pieces Sundae at Friendleys!!! AMAZING.
1000pm: 2 PBJ sandwiches
THAT WAS MY CHEAT PERIOD....I DID NOT HAVE ANY ALCOHOL THOUGH :( BECAUSE WE DIDNT GO OUT AT ALL THIS WEEKEND.
Well...the bottomline is...I LOVE MY CHEATS and I feel GREAT on Mondays. I look the same and feel great and I wont crave a cheat meal again til Saturday night! Back to my Low Carb diet!

I sometimes do look a bit bloated on mondays, but most of the time my muscles actually look fuller and better.

Wow thats awsome you can eat so much and not gain a pound. My bro is the same hes been bulking for 3 years and has alot of muscle he ate 10 doughnuts that are pretty much like krispy cream doughnuts and did not gain a pound i cant wait till i could have a cheat like that and not gain anything.

I eat super clean every other meal of the week. So I figure If I am eating a total of about 50 meals a week and I just cheat during that 6 or so meal period, Im still hitting about 90% of my meals being clean. When I first started cutting I only cheated a bit on sundays (watching football), but once I hit my goal I increased my cheat.

Im not really sure how many calories I actually take in, but I know its quite a bit on a Sunday, hahaha.
I take in about 2100-2700 on a normal day.
