Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum, I weigh 154 lbs (70KG). However I am holding on to unwanted fat mainly in my stomach area. I have searched for a diet plan to follow and tried to get info on how much Protein/Carbs and Fat I should be taking in daily, but can't seem to find a definate answer to my question.
I would like to know how many weeks to follow a cutting diet and what ratios of Protein/Carbs and Fats I should be having each week and how many calories I need to start off with and drop every so often.
I have used a BMR calculator and found that my Basic Metabolic Rate is roughly 1752 calories a day as I have read that this is the first thing you need to determine. Where do I go from here? Can anyone provide any info and help on this?
