Splitting Carbs and Fats?

Splitting Carbs and Fats?
I read the body-building article posted earlier. Im going to start cycling my meals, i.e one will have protein/fat , and another meal will have protein/carbs to promote insulin sensitivity and possibly fat loss while bulking. A question i had is carb intake at night bad? ive heard it was a few places that it packs on fat. Am hoping to manage to bulk another 15lbs and bring my body fat down 6-7% to about overall 9-10% bodyfat.

Answer:

pointless.

Answer:

i try not to eat carbs at night besides fruit just make sure ur carbs and fat intake isnt both high i do a 50 /30/20 split 50 protein and 30 or 20 goes either way with fa t or carbs

But 50 protein is too high IMO

Answer:

I used to split macros into meals and all I noticed was softness and extreme hunger during the day due to the low fat intake then at night I was always full caus of all the fat.
In my opinion - you can't make up all of one macronutrient "later" in the day. That's like starving yourself of protein all day then just eating it all in like 2 meals. No.
Have carbs, protein and fat at EACH meal. Maybe besides PWO if they run an hour plus.

Answer:

Yup, just an unneeded added headache IMO.

Answer:

Ummm...unless you're waiting 12 hours between meals, it's going to end up together in your stomach and intestinal tract anyway. Your entire digestive system doesn't just empty itself every 2 hours, it takes a long time for a meal to pass through you.
