Just wondering, if you buy shoes from their website can they be returned in-store?

Noo, don't do it!
Unless they've changed their policy they don't give refunds at all, only exchanges.

I think they give refunds if bought on the website, but not if bought instore.

ETA: Hmmm, just looked on the T&C on the site and it seems to only say refunds if you send them back. Perhaps you could call a store to ask?

smoothie, you're right, I complete forget that Office are really arsey with returns/exchanges and suchlike.
popoki might be right, though, because isn't it the law that internet sales must be refundable? Distance selling?
