Anyone help with Zoom returns?
Ive ordered 2 tops, one from Topshop and one from Miss Selfridge. They were sent in 2 seperate parcels but there was only one returns form.
I need to return both tops but only have the one returns form. I was going to send them both in the same parcel but i need to enter my order number for a returns number and i have 2 different order numbers! How do i prove ive sent 2 tops back not 1?
It says on the site to put all the items you are returning into one parcel and that you have to use the returns form for it to be free postage so i dont think i can send them in seperate parcels.
Help what should i do? :(

Don't send them in the same parcel with the same returns label!
They go to separate depos. Topshop is separate to Miss selfridge.
Email or phone zoom for a returns label for the appropriate order return.
