Will I ever find a dress?
Will I ever find a dress?
I turn to thee, here fashion gurus for some much needed help please.
I have 5 weddings to go to this year and I cannot find a single dress to wear...
I am 5ft 4" size 12 bottom half size 10 top half with a bit of a tum and a large tush.
I have tried on every dress in Oasis and I honestly look hideous. One actually made me look like that little fat fairy from Willow the Wisp...
Anyway, I am totally open on style and colour and my budget has a ceiling of £100.
I had a lovely black and white flowery dress (strapless, straight up and down, bit of a flared skirt, knee length) from Zara last year but my tum has grown since then... :o
If anyone can suggest a flattering dress for me I'd be eternally grateful. (First one is on Saturday!! Eeek)
Thank you. x

The Zara sale has gorgeous dresses lizzydee.
There were loads I really liked including a lovely cornflower blue one.
The only wedding I'm going to this summer I'll actually be a bridesmaid though so for once my outfit is sorted!

What about something like this that emphasises your boobs? Or maybe something likethis?

Warehouse has quite a few nice dresses if you have a nose on their site, and Debenhams usually have that sort of stuff in. Good luck!

Thank you for your replies. I will certainly try out good old Zara. Thanks for those 2 dresses NightOwl. I had a look in Debenhams recently and the more floaty dresses don't look good on me at all! I think I'm a bit too short (and wide) to carry them off properly.
I'm getting worried now so I think I'll head over to Zara at the stroke of 5pm today!!!
I'll let you know if I find anything.
Thanks again. :)
