Argh so annoyed!
Argh so annoyed!
I emailed Topshop the other week questioning how long their refunds take with items sent through the post. They told me to email them the order numbers of said returns along with billing postcode etc.
So i did, about all 8 - 10 of them, some as long as beginning of May and finally got an answer today.
3 have been refunded but they are saying they haven't received the rest:( I've got to post them copies of my proof of postage.
I really can't believe it, it's so much money if they don't pay up :( And it's also got my wondering did the post lose them or did the post office i use nick them - which would be horrible as she seems a really friendly woman:(
I'm just hoping that they will refund me otherwise i'm a lot of money down :(

Aww Cat, thats so irritating for you... I guess all you can do is send them your proof of postage (or photocopies of it, in case they go mysteriously missing too!) I'm sure they *have* to pay up if you have proof of postage though, or at least Royal Mail do... just keep pestering them and don't take no for an answer! I bet they will try and fob you off, TS will say it's Royal Mail's fault, and Royal Mail will blame it on TS - just keep on at them until they give in!

Ahh I feel your pain, I lost £125 recently due to my uni halls reception (where all my parcels used to get delivered) *losing* a parcel, for a month, then finding it just as the deadline for returns passed... and of couse, nothing flamin' fitted me, but I couldn't return it  Soooo annoying! Guess thats the downside of online shopping isn't it :( I'm reluctant to sell the stuf on Ebay, as I will probably get peanuts for it as usual! Argh!

Ah GJ :higgies: it's so rubbish isn't it?!
I used to trust that the money would be refunded before but not anymore. Even more frustrating i can't find 2 proof of postage for the 2 more expensive parcels  i'm hoping Mr CiC has them and never gave them back to me (They were only sent the 1st June though so there's hope for them turning up!)

I feel your pain, this has happened to me a few times with Zoom returns people    I always get a sneaky feeling someone has :acquired" the parcel because it can't just be co-incidence that loads of their parcels get lost in the post :( It's so annoying, having to photocopy the POP and send it to them, then it takes about another week for them to put the money back into your account. I normally just return them to the store but on those couple of occasions, I wasn't going to town for a while so I thought it'd be quicker   I'm never returning through the post again!
Hope you can find all your POP's, it would be such a shame to lose all that money :( They have to refund you if you can prove that you did post them back.

I still can't find two slips which total £115 worth :( Hoping Mr CiC has them in his car.
It does make you wonder if some parcels are stolen doesn't it burn? I mean they must know it's topshop stuff etc and is ebay worthy.
