I didn't know this and went in with about £40 worth (which is a LOT in Primark) that I didn't want with no receipt and they said there is nothing they can do despite it having all the labels on and being folded pristinely and quite obviously never worn.
I obviously kicked up a right stink saying they need some kind of 'transitional' period and they didn't understand so shat themselves and caved in!

Well in that case they should allow people to try on more than three items at a ruddy time!!
