I'm assuming you got the dress from Warehouse in Ipswich (from your user name) and I have to agree that there staff do seem really helpful, they helped me loads when I was looking for a dress at Xmas time.

yeah it was from ippy. I've got an award ceremony to go to at work and its black tie. i spent ages looking in TK Max and i found loadsa things which would do, but i fell in love with this dress
