Help! The New Look dress I posted to Mimicat almost two weeks ago hasn't arrived. How do I go about claiming through Royal Mail? I didn't send it recorded delivery, and my post office lady never gives me individual receipts with addresses on. Is there anything I can do?

I'd go on the website and fill out the complaint form but i'm not sure they will offer you compensation if you don't have a receipt, sorry hun :(

Without a proof of postage (given free of charge when requested) there is nothing you can do:(

I used to work for Figleaves, and I had so many customers call and say they had no parcel (and want a refund). I'd call their post office - and it would be there - but no card left.
