I am in need of some big pants to hide my excess flab under the dress I'm wearing to a couple of weddings.
I have lost weight since buying it, but not a lot of weight. What I have lost has come off my waist only making me look a very strange shape and worse than when I was bigger :rolleyes:
My Spanx only accentuate this and make me look like this from sideways on, which is not good.

Can anyone recommend any control underwear that might do a better job?

I got this weird bodice type thing from John Lewis - it's got multiway straps and is basically a dress with moulded cups. I can't remember the make, but I'll have a look when I get home.
It's very good for getting rid of the bulge, but can ride up so if you've got suspenders etc might be a good idea! :lol:

You could get a lightweight body, they smooth you out all over.

I bought some good pants from Matalan, they aren’t specifically control pants (tho they do a range of these too) they are just bigger pants, they are seam free so you get no VPL and they hold my tummy in wonderfully.
They are £2 a pair and are with the range of normal pants and come in a good range of colours too.
