Just a quick question, can I return an I item to any F C U K store or does it have to be only the one that I bought it from?

I think it's any one, but not 100%. But I do know they have a very short returns period for a refund - 2 weeks.
After that you'll have to make do with a credit note.

it is any store that retails fc uk or french connection, but they are absolute f*ckers for doing returns at french connection concessions, rather than dedicated french connection stores....
take your receipt and be prepared to stand your ground... if there is a manufacturing fault with the item, within the first four weeks of purchase, then they have to give you, under the sale of goods act 1984 (and 1992 revised) a full no quibble refund... however this becomes more difficult if you don't have your receipt...
if they start getting difficult ask to see their returns policy, and if its not clearly displayed then legally they haven't a leg to stand on, as if they dont bring it to your attention at the time of purchase then it means nothing...
further to that if they try to put you off by saying that you didn't follow the instructions on the label inside the garment, then they can feck off too, as you have no obligation to follow the labelled instructions under law...
so even if it says 'dry clean only' on the label and you wash it and it falls apart, then you can take it back and demand a full refund with the law on your side... and the shop has to honour that by law...
not a lot of people know that...

You can take it back to any store, I found them very pleasant and helpful last week when I took a top back:)
