Things you can't put on eBay listings

Things you can't put on eBay listings
Going to use some of the Easter hols to eBay some of my mountain of unworn clothes in preperation for my house move to London. Was just wondering what you can and can't say in eBay listings
I've never had any of my listings pulled before but I remember a few baggers saying they'd got into trouble for putting a celebrity's name in the listing?! Obviously I know you can't say something's designer when it isn't...
Thanks in advance, girls.

That's funny, I was going to post a thread on the exact same thing!
I won a dress on eBay last week that doesn't fit so I have relisted it - I guess I initially came across it as in the description, the seller had put something about Marni doing dresses for summer similar to this one (but she made clear it's a Dorothy Perkins dress). I have relisted with her exact narrative as I want people to find it when they search, say, Marni dresses, but at the same time I think it's pretty clear it's a DP dress and not a Marni one. But eBay can be a bit funny about these things, that I know, so any advice appreciated...

Don't put "BN Topshop dress 12 - Warehouse, Oasis Zara" cos that'll def get pulled!!
Just keep the titles to the point and describe WHAT you have, don't include 101 other brand names!

Yeah, I think that's it, isn't it? Be 100% honest in your title. Though how many people put listings that go '**** jeans, not Karen Millen, not Whistles' - that's a tad ropey.

Obviously, the jeans above are French Connection.
