I hope you can help me...
I am going to a wedding TOMORROW, and due to various reasons I am only going to get an outfit today! (long story!!)
It is my friends wedding and I don't know what to wear.
I am a size 18 - 20 and i don't particularly like my legs. I am on a bit of a budget as I don't have much money, but I would stretch up to 50 pounds if need be. I am in my early 20's.
Any ideas on an outfit??
I have a ordered cream rose buttonhole.
Also can i wear different outfit to evening disco???
In evening I was thinking of black trousers and top, is that ok or do i need something more summery??
Also, the bride mentioned they are asking guests for money instead of presents.
I am very skint at the min and although i'd like to give lots I'm having to pay for hotels, flowers, etc. and i'm struggling to afford it.
How much could I give without it being an insult?
Or could I give a gift and if so any ideas??

Hi Lipbalmy!! Im sure what ever money you give them they will be greatful. Maybe you could give them £15 or something and then if youhave any nice photos of them together you could put it in a nice frame for them. THat way its quite personal and thoughtful too!
I think its fine to change outfits for the evening do, I did for my uncles wedding as I was quite uncomfortable! Black trousers anda nice top wold be fine, I imagine there will be people who didnt go to the wedding but come to the reception wearing more evening attire :)
As for the day out fit what would you be more comfortable in , trousers or a skirt and what sort of sleeves do you like :)

I prefer trousers really, and sleeves that cover the tops of my arms,
its probably worth mentioning i've got blonde (ish!) hair and blue eyes and am quite fair.
Don't have any photos of them both but a good idea anyway thanks.

Monsoon have lovely dresses at the moment although I'm not 100% sure what their size range is.
If you're unsure what to get as a present and they don't have a list then how about gift vouchers for Habitat or John Lewis. Not that imaginative but there are probably loads of practical things they need if theyr'e setting up home.

Yes heard the weather is supposed to be good tomorrow so the bride is cautiously happy about that.
