What shall I do? Re refund
I bought a £70 top in Ted Baker during the Grazia reader event last week with 20% off so it was £65 but it looks horrendous! I've looked at the receipt and they don't do refunds (gggrrr - another Karen Millen). Sooooo I'm thinking of taking it back without a receipt and trying to get a exchange for the full value. Do you reckon I'll get away with it?
What would you girlies do? ;)

That's odd, how come they don't do refunds? I'd go for it if I was you. £65 is a lot to throw away. If not you can always try ebaying it?

Most places have their own "store policys" and say things like they dont do refunds but by law they have to uphold your statutory rights

Most places have their own "store policys" and say things like they dont do refunds but by law they have to uphold your statutory rights
there are no statutory rights covering you if you just change your mind. Your statutory rights cover you if it is damaged or faulty.
If you change your mind, or just dont like it - it is simply up to the shop if they want to take it back.
