O/T Kind of. Ebay again

O/T Kind of. Ebay again
More lurker than regular poster here. :)
Finally plucked up the courage to start selling on ebay and sold an item via buy it now for £50. I had listed the item as worn, excellent condition and took a clear picture just before I listed.
I posted the item first working day after the sale (Monday) saying if any problems let me know etc...
Just discovered they have left neg feedback saying the item was falling apart, well worn is an understatement etc... No emails to me regarding this or anything.
I'm a bit upset as it was no way falling apart! I got 2nd opinions before I listed it and I hadn't even worn it that much. It wasn't pristine but it was in excellent condition IMO. I'm now wishing I had put 'good' condition to cover my back but the feedback they left anyone would think I had ran over it hundreds of times (which in fact the feedback sounded like).
My 100% feedback is now caput and I'm scared about the other stuff I have listed.
Is there anything I can do? :( They have 100% feedback so I am a bit surprised.

Gosh how rude of them!
I think you can ask via ebay for the buyer to reconcider and agree for the feedback to be withdrawn, im not sure how u do this tho:o
Failing that, just leave them negative!! :mwahaha:
It is justafiable concidering they did not contact you stating a problem before leaving feedback.
U can also reply to the feedback they have left u, so future buyers would know that the item was not damaged. U go to the feedback forum and click follow up:)
hope this helps!

Thanks MsMolly,
Yeah I emailed them to say 'wtf!' (not literally!) and then left negative feedback for them.
Just so :( as it was my first item as a seller so it may put others off my other items, especially as they have (had :mwahaha: ) 100% feedback for buying.
It's not like I put 'no marks whatsoever, never worn' etc...
Now I feel unnerved.
ETA: I also can't help but think that they have left neg feedback because they found it was a New Look item and had paid quite a lot for it so maybe they were annoyed?
I didn't specify the brand, is that bad ebay etiquette??

Answers:

i hardly ever put the brand as it takes so long to list things on there!
Usually u can see the label in the picture.
Dont worry about it , Nobody forced them to pay £50 and im sure if they had been really unhappy they would have asked for a refund:)
I rarely take any notice of feedback when i am buying, as long as its 99.something :)

Personally I think it good ettiquitte to put the brand - you wouldn't want to pay £50 for primark without realising it.
I know its too late now, but I wouldn't have left that negative. If you had withheld from leaving feedback, you could have negotiated with her for her to remove her feedback - now you have nothing to hold over her.
Its only ebay, don't worry about losing 100%, it happens to most people at some time. A sensible response to feebback will show that you are a good seller. Something like "Buyer never contacted to me to advise of any issues with purchase"
