O/T exploded ebay conditioner.
Argh what a day! just got back from work after a really long day so was excited to see an ebay parcel but it's a conditioner and it's burst everywhere, literally the whole package is covered in it, so basically I've got half a burst tube of conditioner.
What do I do? Didn't get postal insurance so I haven't reeally got a leg to stand on have I? :(

Don't have any advice regarding the insurance - but that's a crap thing to happen! Makes such a gloopy mess as well :rolleyes:

Was it because of the way it was packaged?
You should still be able to claim from royal mail if it's due to their doing.

No it was just in a normal jiffy bag. I can't even see how it's happened, The lid's still on but there's just conditioner everywhere . I wouldn't even know how to claim from RM, should I email the seller?

I'd email the seller and let them know what happened and say you are going to try and claim through royal mail and would they back you up if needed.
If they are a 'big' seller they will probably offer to resend you the conditioner.
I think 1st class can compensate up to £30
