Plait/Wavy hair?
Plait/Wavy hair?
I have waist length hair and most evenings I wash my hair and plait it into two plaits and then when I get up in the morning and take the plaits out its all wavy!
Does anyone else do this?
Also how do I do french plaits...I seem to have trouble doing them..any tips?
thanks

I have to say, that I am the French Plait Queen! :D
I have 2 daughters with thick black long hair that plaits really nicely.
I'll try to describe how I do it....it's easier to do it on wet hair, and when it dries and you open it, it looks like a perm!
ok...
I start right at the middle of their foreheads and take a small section and do the first crossing of a plait.
Then I take a thin section from each side and add it to the 2 outer sections of the plait, and do the second crossing over......with me so far?
Carry on like this, taking sections from the sides, until you end up at the nape of the neck, by which time you should have used all the hair from the sides, and be able to finish the plait off as normal.
Hmmmm, I hope that isn't too confusing:confused:
