i found some what i thought were lovely soft sandals for walking to work in. wore them round the house for 3 days and they were fine. 5 minutes after starting the walk to work, my feet were both bleeding! :eek: :mad: i had to carry on so i went to the nearest place and bought some plasters, they didnt help that much though and i am now in agony every day. i have put some gauze over them when i wear shoes but they are taking aaaaages to heal :( and now i dont think i'll ever wear them again :(

That's really annoying isn't it? I bought some what I thought looked comfy wedges from River Island and wore them the other week cos I knew we would be walking to the restaurant and back. Bloody hell, my feet were on fire by the time I got home and I had a huge blister right in the middle of the sole of my feet. I wish i'd stuck with my spiky heels after that.

I feel your pain. I bought some really pretty ballet flats and they were soo painful. I walked a mile to my friends and had to walk home barefoot :o And it took 3 weeks to heal! Stupid deceptively pretty shoes.
