Hello!
I ordered a pashmina from mypashmina on April 3 - i had to get it from their american stock because they didn't have the right colour in the UK.
It said it would take 4 to 7 days but it still hasn't arrived and i need it for a wedding this weekend - only two more post days to go! I'm worried now....
I can't get hold of them on the phone and they aren't responding to e-mails... also quite angry because they charged me for it on April 4!
has anyone had any experience of this? I have a feeling i'll be panic buying an inferiour pashmina that won't go as well with my outfit on Friday and when the pesky thing does arrive i'll have to spend more money sending it back to the states. Grrr!!!

I've never had a problem but I know of some people who have.
What's with them not answering the phone, nor replying to your mails - that's terrible.... Obv I can't say if it will come or not but I have a feeling you may be doing that last minute cheap pashmina buying unfortunately :(

They mailed me back last night. Said it was dispatched on April 4 and they have no idea why it's taking so long but now that it's in the postal system there is nothing they can do. They suggest ordering one from their UK site and sending one back if/when the other arrives. Will see what's there but i'm not happy cause either way it'll cost me postage. At least if it's in the UK it won't cost as much i suppose.

Hmm....I'd ask them for proof of postage! Did they send you a dispatch e-mail? I'd definitely kick up a fuss!!

I've just had a confirmation of order/transaction e-mail. it is all very odd - i'm really disappointed cause i had read such good things about them.
I have looked on the web site and the other colour that would go is cream and they are out of stock :mad:
