Has anyone bought anything before from the 'Justplainsexy' underwear site?
I ordered a bra from them a month ago and still haven't received it even though they've taken the money from my account, the order status when I log in says processed but awaiting stock so just wondered if anyone else has had any problems with them and should I be able to get my money back and cancel the order? Any experience v.much appreciated

i think it is unreasonable to wait a month for a bra. Contact them and say you want it in seven days or you want the order cancelled.

Hi,
I'm new to the board, but always love reading the posts and advice given. I too placed an order with Just plain sexy, worth nearly £40.00. I have emailed twice, no response. I have left numerous messages on their answer machine. Every time I log in, it says my details have been processed and, like yourself, I have not received the order. It's looking pretty shakey that I will receive them as the order was placed on the 13th March.

If you haven't heard from them and paid by credit card i'd suggest phoning the credit card company and getting them to investigate.
