I ordered a jacket from Dorothy Perkins about 3 weeks agao and both times the stupid delivery people came they just dropped a note through the door, god knows why coz soemone was in the house each time- I was actually sat in the room right next to the front door the second time!
A\nyway, Ive just phoned the delivery company ho say that they've sent my parcel back to supplier and I have to cointact them, but Ive no idea how to do that!
It was dorothy perkins, so presumably zoom, but Ive no idea what to do now, Im very annoyed :mad:
