I wish they hadn't changed the shape of their 1 litre shampoo bottles. I have to transfer the contents to my old shaped bottles because I have pumps for them - they never have pumps for the new bottles in stock in my nearest shop. :(
And I wish they still used glass instead of plastic bottles on some of their other products. :(
