o/t: Ten things to do before I'm 30 - suggestions please!
I'm 30 in August 2008 - which I can not believe. It's come around so quick, and I'm sure there's a million things that I should do before I turn 30, so I'm creating a list.... and I need suggestions!
So far I've got
1) Get a tattoo (which technically I've already done, as I got a tattoo last week, but this would have gone onto my list even if I hadn't got it already)
2) Skydive
3) Visit Ayers Rock
4) Go to a full moon party in Thailand
Any suggestions for the other 6? I'm planning a round the world trip next year, so any must sees?

That made me think as i'll be 30 in February 2009 :p :p :p :p
Complete memory blank where's the place that the sun never sets and its light all night? (i'm being really think but i have been really ill of late!) well anyway i would like to do that.... I think that is one place you should experience.
The only other thing is that i would like to get to New York before my 30th but i can't see that happening......
It was always one of my ambitions to fly Concorde i was so upset when they stopped it...... :(
If i think of anymore i'll let you know as you've got me thinking now..... especially as i''l be 30 not long after you!!! :p :p :p :p

I'm an oldie at 31, here's a few suggestions.....
Watch the sunset sitting outside Cafe Del Mar in Ibiza
Go to a festival if you haven't already been
Go to Iceland
Stay in a chic boutique hotel in any city i.e The Sanderson
Sing Karoke if you never have
Snog a boy much younger than you :flirt:
Have a top to toe in a spa
Urrr that's all I can think of for now! At the end of the day it doesn't all go down hill after 30, honest! So if you don't get to do all these things, don't worry, you'll still be able to do them after your birthday ;)

Gotta agree with GATC on watching the sunset outside Cafe del Mar in Ibiza - pure beauty, and the memory will stay with you forever! :faint:

Well, being a bit biased :auz: while you're down under checking out Ayers Rock, (which you can't walk on anymore unfortunately) you should go see the Great barrier reef. Take the guided walk along the top of Sydney harbour bridge, do the sunset one it's friggin stunning :)
Then there's the Bungle Bungle's in WA, Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory, the list is endless. Oz is just such a beautiful country. I'm so homesick :(
Totally agree with GATC about snogging a much younger boy. My OH was 18 when I met him, a big :great: for younger guys :)
Go to the top of the Empire State building.
Definitely go to Florence and Venice, they're beautiful cities.
Visit the Taj Mahal.
Ohhh there are just so many amazing places to see. Makes me want to go on holiday right now :)
