Just wondering...

Just wondering...
Only a question from 'me' a bagger rather than a host point of view.
Do you like the WDYBTW thread as a sticky or how it was before hand where someone would post a new thread every week or so?
I like the sticky but sometimes people's buys tend to get lost as most people go to the last page or 2 of the thread.

Answers:

To be honest, I tend to automatically ignore sticky's (should that be stickies?) in general, as I think 'Oh I've seen that before' - so I always forget the WDYBTW thread is there! I'd prefer it mixed in with all the other topics to be honest :)

Answers:

I think a new thread each week is a far better idea ... I did try to start one on Sunday, but was politely redirected to the sticky. BUT I'd say give it a go. I'd prefer it to a sticky. At least that way we can start a new thread on it each week.

Answers:

Hmmm ...I don't mind if it's started weekly but all I ask is that it's dated so people know they're looking at the lastest edition.
i.e What did you buy this week? 1st-7th May and so forth.
I get overwhelmed when I've not checked the thread for a couple of days and there are pages to trawl through!

Yes, I agree with you CiC, I only go to the last two or three pages on that thread. Once a week would be a good size thread to browse.
