are sequinned boleros a no-no?
As I've already said 27 times I'm going to a ball in a few weeks time, I have a dress sorted but don't like showing my shoulders/tops of arms, so I thought I would find something to wear over the top but I can't find anything :( I have a sequin bolero the same as this one which goes well with the dress and I have shoes that go too, but would I look hideously 2005 wearing one? :lol: opinions please fashionistas :)

I dunno, I think they were quite ubiquitous over here, weren't they?
Having said that, Mango have bought 2 out this year though (cap sleeved) and I've just bagged myself a copper coloured Betsey Johnson one for a mere 10$.
It will probably be fine for a do, but you might only get that one wear out of it.

They were worn to death last year, but I spotted a girl out with one the other afternoon and it looked fab still...much more unusual now!
