O/T tiredness
O/T tiredness
I feel so tired I spent half an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't log onto the bag this morning. But I woke up at 8 30 and cant sleep, even though my eyes are constantly closing. I have a lot of paperwork to do urgently today, but I'm (again) too tired to do it. This post will probably be full of typos :rolleyes: .
I need to nap for a couple of hours and maye eat something because I know otherwise I wont get the work done. Do you have any suggestions?

I think you should definitely have some breakfast, it will make you feel better. Something like porridge with sliced bananas?
Also, if you can, take a little nap, maybe half an hour, I'm sure you will feel refreshed afterwards, then you'll feel better to be able to get on with your work.
Drink lots of water throughout the day to keep you hydrated as well.

You probably can't sleep because you know you have a lot of paperwork hun, so your brain won't let you switch off! Why not quickly sort through all the paperwork so you know how much you have to do, then plan what time you're going to do it - then you might be feeling a bit calmer and you'll be able to have a little sleep before cracking on with it :)
Also definitely eat something, even if it's just a piece of toast!

Apples have more caffeine in than a cup of coffee apparently...try eating one!
Also drink lots of water and eat something like peanut butter on brown bread toast :lick:
I'd recommend a couple of hours nap though!!

I can't really stomach any toast and I hate bananas, but I'm muching on an apple then I'm going ot write a little schedule (shoudl allow for bagging) which I hope will make it easier to rest. Thanks for the advice!
