Bleeding after Bowel Movement...

My 6 year old daughter had blood on the toilet paper after she wiped this morning..She had a very big bowel movement, it was normal and no blood was detected in the stool or in the toilet..just when she wiped..I'm thinking she may have tore her anus or has an internal hemmorhoid..This is the third time this has happened in the last 6-8 months..She eats poorly, very picky eater and drinks alot of chocolate milk..Has anyone ever experienced this? I know I need to take her to the pediatrician, it took three nurses to hold her down for a flu shot last year..I can just imagine what its going to be like if they have to give her an examination down there..
Answers:

Could she have gooten an anal fissure? A tear from the big BM? That happens to my 2 yr old daughter sometimes.
Answers:

Thanks for replying..She may have an anal fissure, there is nothing visible on her bum when I look, but she does say it's sore..that could be it..
