eczema/warts

Please help! my 3 year old little girl has developed quite a few wart-like spots in the areas where she has eczema (back of leg & crux o elbow) does anyone know what they are? One friend suggested they were water warts but I cant find any information on this!?

look up molluscum. they look like little warts. almost like a white head that can be poped. they are very common on children. it is a skin virus that is contagious, but not harmful. my son got them for a playdate. the more you have the more you can give yourself. my dr. recommended that we put a blistering agent on them, which i highly don't recommend. it was horrible and didn't get them all. they make a prescription called aldara. i put it on like 4 times and they were gone.
may not be what it is, but they have pictures that you can look at on the net. good luck and hope this helps.
