Loestrin 24 fe QUESTIONS!!
I've been taking this birth control for about 10 months now, and i get my period occasionally. its just gets me worried sometimes, but i havent had sex in 6 months, and i got a period last month. i know this is a stupid question, but theres not really a chance of being pregnant is there? i heard that most women on this pill do not get a period, and i was wondering is i was one of them. considering i didnt get a period this month.. plz help.

I have been taking Loestrin as well for about 8 months and actually occasionally have had your same concerns about pregnancy because with it I do get a very light period for about a day or 2 during the brown pills but that's it and I had always wondered was I really getting my period just because it is so light. I really do not think you could be pregnant because you would definitely have more signs. I went on the pill after the birth of my first child in June and even though I sometimes wonder I remember there were a lot more signs when I was pregnant. I came on here to post a question about this pill and saw yours so maybe you know.. for the first few months on this pill I had spotting but then everything settled down once it got in my system. Well I take it every night around 7:30-8pm sometimes closer to 9. Well I forgot to take it Wed. night and remembered Thursday morning so took it right away but I started bleeding that morning, not spotting but bleeding like a period and I am still bleeding fairly lightly today. I read you can have breakthrough bleeding if you miss a pill but has this ever happened to you? It wasn't even 24 hours later that I took the pill that I missed so I found this odd. Let me know what you think?

i have never missed a pill because i set my alarm on my phone, cuz im very nervous about missing a pill. so i dont know how to answer that. in the begining tho, my periods were very weird and sometimes i missed it. so i was very scared, but i did sometimes get my period during the weeks i was taking the white pills, not the week of the placeo pills.
