Questions about Levora I am new please help
I was recently put on the birth control
Levora-28 0.15 mg-30 mcg Tab.
To regulate my periods two days after taking it I got dizzy and felt sick I read that this is a side effect. I am not sure that this is a side effect or not because along with these symptoms I also felt tired, sore throat, ears hurting, headaches, and aches and pains. I am also VERY CONCERNED about weight gain. I recently lost 79 pounds it took me 2 years and I don’t want to start this BC and gain weight.
When I read the information on side effects of Levora it said weight gain or loss.
I would like to know what the chances are of gaining weight has anyone out there taken Levora and gained weight?
Do you think the dizziness and throwing up is related to the B/C or to the sickness?
Answers:
It is hard to say if your symptoms are a result of the birth control or a viral illness. Time will tell. Dizziness is a side effect of Levora. If the symptoms do not resolve within a week, it may be the contraceptive. Weight gain is also a possible side effect however simple science stands true. If you consume less calories than you burn off, it is impossible to gain weight. Good diet and excercise should be able to combat that side effect.
