contraception
does anyone know what the most effective form of Contraception is apart from Condoms and not having sex in the first place?
Answers:
Birth control pills, when taking correctly, are something like 99% effective. Keep in mind that even the best form of contraception is only as effective as you make it. People say they get pregnant on the pill, but they don't tell you they took it at different times every day or that they skipped a pill, etc. That's their fault, not the pills.
Answers:
i just got pregnant on them but i did take it at the right time every day. heard that the arm implant is meant to be really great
Answers:
If you're speaking of the Norplant, I'd use caution and do a good bit of research there. Norplant was pulled from the market here in the States in the late '90s, and Wyeth was hit was some pretty voluminous litigation over their product and what it did to thousands of women.
Have you thought about an IUD?
Answers:
dont think its that. its something we have in england. it lasts three years
i just want something effective and that will work and that i dont have to worry about every day - like with the pill. the patch is an option but i dont know if they are giving them out yet.
