im like hella worried i got a kid on the way i want to be there to help pay and support her and the baby and she wont even talk to me i already got a attorney but i need help i want to be there but she wont talk to me

It's good that you have the lawyer. I can't think of anything except keep trying, but don't go overboard. Call her once a week and keep it simple..."I want to be there for you and the baby, please call me." And perhaps send her letters every week or two saying the same thing. But ultimately it's her choice to speak to you or not right now. She may come around. If she's young like you she is probably freaked out and may need sometime to think about things. Not to be rude, but are you totally sure that it is your child, that might be a reason for shutting off communication.

I agree I mean I wouldnt stalk but id call every few days or so just ask how are you doing? and ask about her doctors appointments if she wont talk to you well you cant do much about that after baby comes if she is STILL doing you this way you can obviously take her to court if she will not allow you to see the baby no matter what keep on trying you do have rights to your child if you give up she can use that against you

It is good that you want to be involved in your child's life .. but if she is still just pregnant then there isnt TOO much you can do about the mom calling you .. or letting you into her life .. at this point ...
Once the baby comes .. thats different .. and your lawyer will help asure that you get time with you child and help sort out custody.
I'm not sure how old you are .. but if you are younger (heck even if you aren't) alot of times a woman will find out she is pregnant and beging to .. freak out .. its alot on your mind when you are carying another person inside you.
The other posters are right. Don't blow up her phone ... simple messages once or twice a week should be more than enough .. something like .. I know you don't want to talk to me right now .. but I am here for you and the baby ... Let me know if there is anything I can do ..or anything you need.
